Movie Studio 16.0 Platinum Power user

I just purchased the movie studio Platinum. Anytime I hit the power user button-it just locks up and crashes. Is there a way to prevent this, or is there a way to return the software for a refund?

First you could try resetting to see if clearing the cache would help. If not, try the advice mentioned in section 1 here. (I may get the crash now and then as well, but not often.)
