Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum does not even open

After using Movie Studio 17.0 for 2 months something happened and the program does not work any longer.. Clicking on the opening icon makes the program show the inicial pic but then after a few blinks announcement comes that Movie Studio has stopped working... I unistelled the program a nd installed again, no difference... W10, GeForce GTX 2060, RAM 16 GB, Intel Core i7-10700 2,9 GHz... Other graphic programmes work ok

Resetting exactly as advised by him above is often worth trying when the software worked before or "is behaving strangely".
