movie studio does not allow author to make DVD???

very dissappointing abuse of consumers who purchase your software thinking they can make dvds with Movie Studio HD Platinum 14 (I upgraded last year).

If you upgraded to a version of Vegas Movie Studio Platinum (or Suite), you should have received the download link and serial number to Vegas DVD Architect as well. If the email with a serial number/key/code and confirmation was/is not in your spam folders either, read here.

To: vkmast, I am still in Limbo as I cannot access the serial no/codes, etc. I am not a PC nerd, just an amateur user and MAGIX does not have a record of my purchase, they gladly take your upgrade money and then dont have a cloud for customer service access!?
