Movie Studio Platinum 18 installer is not dowloading the program

I trying to install Movie Studio Platinum 18, but the installer just stay "loading" something and the download is not working. The installer pause after moment and when I resume the download, it happend again!

I use Windows 11, at first time, I thougth that it was a OS issue, but I tried to install the program in other PC with Windows 10, but it's the same.

Server trouble maybe? But as Movie Studio Platinum 18 is now a MAGIX product and not a VEGAS product any more, please ask at magix.info. They may be able to know more about this.

Hi, thanks for your response! I already fix the issue. Fortunatly, I have two different internet companies services at my house. I changed the internet conection to the other and the download start without problem. Maybe is a firewall issue. I will let the issue on this forum, so if there is a lost guy like me with the same problem, maybe this could help!
