  1. Did you send the crash report?
  2. Reproduce the crash and see if you can show us the entire crash window as the text is cut off on the right
  3. Does it crash at the same place? If so have a look at your timeline to see what is at, or just after that point.

  1. Yes, I've sent the report multiple times.
  2. It always crashes around the halfway pint during rendering.

It always crashes around the halfway pint during rendering.

What is on your timeline at that point? Such as media from a different source, FX being used?

Ohok, I understand, the effect is "cartoonr plus"

I don't have 'cartoonr plus' to check. I note it comes with Suite so could someone who has it please check if it also causes them problems.

@kaygotmemes Are you using GPU for rendering. If so which? and try turning it off so you are using CPU only.

Tested with the Cartoonr Plus included with VMS 16 Suite. No luck first with GPU on/off and the same "ManagerGL64.dll" Fault Module. Tried then with VPro 17 b 387, GPU on (Nvidia, old 417.71 driver) and was able to render there.

Next I opened the NewBlueFX App Manager by clicking About in Platinum's Cartoonr Plus Video Event FX window and checked "Disable GPU for Stylizers". Then I was able to render an mp4 from my 30 second vf test project in MS16 P. Nothing but a video file and a Cartoonr Plus preset in the project.

You may want/need to also update your GPU drivers.

Sorry for the late response,

This worked and got me passed where it kept crashing but now it just won't render past 82%
