Hi, I am new to Vegas and learning the ropes, so please forgive my noobness.
When I import an mp4 video into vegas, it becomes pixelated/artifacted/buggy (unsure the correct term). It remains that way after making the video. Original video is fine, but as soon as I put it in Vegas this happens in the same spots in the video. It's often where there is movement.

I have tried to disable resample and change bit rate, but those seem to only really affect the video after it's finished, whereas this happens the moment I put it on the timeline.
Ever had this issue? Any thoughts? What settings info can I provide for proper troubleshooting?
