New pc, mp4 is the file format the screen capture saves for video and unfortunately I cannot import these to my Movie Studio 15 without converting. I downloaded new Quicktime and still no luck. I'm mind blown that this video editing software will not accept a video to edit! Searching Google & YouTube has too many people recommending third party programs and even altering MS program files. This doesn't seem right. Why is this video editing software I bought and paid for unable to allow me to edit an MP4 video and if it is, please tell me how. This is outrageous to me. Former screen cap would save files in other formats, but AMD does not. Please advise! TYSM
