Multi-Cam edits glitch at most of the cut points. Vegas build 300

I've been using Vegas since version 5 or so and never had this problem. I'm editing the video from two cameras and find that at the cut points (from camera 1 to camera 2 and from 2 to 1) produces a pixilated, distorted glitch at the transition point in most of the cuts. Very disappointing since I never had this issue in the previous build. I have a project that I have to get out quickly and would like to have a link to download the previous build, please, so that I can continue editing. Thanks. Time is of the essence. What kind of media is this? MXF?

Selecting "enable legacy AVC decoding" in preferences/ file io should restore how the program worked in 21.208. If it's HEVC try experimental HEVC decoding in the same place.

The previous builds are all here. Just note that a project saved in 300 won't open in 208 or earlier.

Thanks, Roger, for your advice. It is MXF media and I have just enabled legacy AVC decoding as you suggested. I'll give it a try and let you know what happened.

Thanks Marc, off to bed but hope that works (it assumes what's in the MXF container is AVC). VEGAS team did say they were aware of this issue in another thread and will patch it but that won't be instantaneously.

@Marc-Gold Sorry, it is a known issue at the moment, due to a new implementation....The developers are aware and will be addressing it.... In the meantime, hope the solution RogerS suggested will help.

Hi Steve. Thanks for your interest in my issue. I tried Roger's suggestion to no avail, so I'm in the process of downloading build 108 (I think that's the previous build before 300) to see if I can edit my project.

Build 208 was the last update before 300. The release history here.

Just to help others in the future, what was the media (HEVC or AVC) and did you select the file io option that goes with it (experimental HEVC or legacy AVC)?
