My Movie Studio installer does not download the programs.

Hi everyone!

I bought the plain version of Vegas Movie Studio 17, but when I opened the installer and it starts downloading it pauses. 0% does not pass.

I have windows 10 and have installed trial versions of Vegas Pro, it downloaded and ran without problems, I don't know what happened now.

I disabled antivirus (my antivirus is Bitdefender), I tried to disable rasomware protection, I did a clean reboot, even in safe mode, no results.

Please, Help!

Maybe it helps if you start that installer as administrator.

If you had trialled VMSP, did you try to activate your trial version with the serial number you got with your purchase?

Well, i made a mistake and uninstall the program before buy this.

Check that you don't have Windows Defender running as it has been known to block downloads.

It seems that there is a problem with the server (I think in US). Try installing the full program from this page:

Scroll down to Movie Studio 17 "direct link" and change the server in the link from "dl04.magix.net" ("dl-us01.magix.net") to "dl-nl04.magix.net"
