Installed a completely new Movie studio 18 SUITE and it works ok except that the STORE is blank-just a white rectangle

.Internet connection is ok and is a fast fibre connection program works ok . does anyone know how I fix this ? hardware is an I7 quad core cpu 8GB ram and a nvidia geoforce graphics card
