Thanks. Didn't come in search.

My suspicion would be that you used Titler Pro 1 which was bundled with Vegas Pro 12 but was not bundled with Vegas Pro 13. In Vegas Pro 13 you will get a watermark. In Vegas Pro 12, you will not.

To get rid of it, you either need to upgrade to the retail version of Titler Pro 1 (which is 50% off) or just upgrade to Titler Pro 4.

Well that's a pretty dirty way of getting users to spend more money; they use the plugin in VP12 and are left high and dry in VP13 with their old project no longer in a "usable" state. Amongst all other third-party plugins that have been included in Vegas, Titler Pro is the ONLY one that was intentionally designed not to work in subsequent versions. Other notable plugins that continued to work (until Vegas changed to 64-bits only) were Boris FX lite, Boris Graffiti Lite, Magic Bullet Movie Looks, and others.

Yes, a bit disappointing to see that they can no longer offer the $20 "no longer bundle software, but the full multi-platform, no expiration, real deal" upgrade of TPro 1, "if you do not have the budget for the Titler 3 upgrade".
I guess that's the way the cookies crumble.

Peter, actually it was not designed to not work in subsequent versions. It was designed to work with the versions for which it was bundled. Sony chose not to bundle it in Vegas Pro 13. At this point, the cheapest option (bang for the buck) is to upgrade to Titler Pro 4. The $20 option was offered for over a year so everyone upgrading from 12 to 13 should have had ample time to accept that offer.
