Need help finding updates for Movie studio Platinum 12

Hi. My prog just hung in the middle of a project. Sent feedback and got the following message to download updates Version 12.0 build 895/896. Does anyone know where I can find the updates? Please help as the link just brings me to sale site for the new version.
Even the online chat help found a link that no longer works??? (for a company that has a great prog, your online support is really bad - just sends people in a loop).

An update to Movie Studio Platinum software is now available. Version 12.0 build 895/896 includes numerous fixes and improvements.

If you log in at your Magix account: https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ with the same emailadres you used at registering the program at Sony you will find there

your latest update for VMS Pl 12 to download.

Build 896 (64-bit) can also be downloaded by entering your serial number at the MAGIX Download Center.

Thank you j-v for your assistance, Unfortunately I was using the product downloaded from my account, this was the one that shut down and said I had to download the update build 896.
