I purchased on the upgrade to Vegas 16 pro from an offer that came up on my computer screen automatically. It said that I would "soon" receive the 4 serial numbers for the different products that are part of the package. It has been 24 hours and I have received no confirmation of any kind from Magix. If I login to support and look at my software serial numbers, it does show my serial number for Vegas Pro 16 but not for the other 3 products. I have spent 15 minutes or so trying to figure out where to contact someone to ask my type of problem but can't find anything. Any help or link would be great. Thanks.
