Need help please. made purchase no serials sent to my email

I purchased on the upgrade to Vegas 16 pro from an offer that came up on my computer screen automatically. It said that I would "soon" receive the 4 serial numbers for the different products that are part of the package. It has been 24 hours and I have received no confirmation of any kind from Magix. If I login to support and look at my software serial numbers, it does show my serial number for Vegas Pro 16 but not for the other 3 products. I have spent 15 minutes or so trying to figure out where to contact someone to ask my type of problem but can't find anything. Any help or link would be great. Thanks.

Crickets. It's been more than 3 days since my purchase of Vegas 16 (which is useless because the region markers don't embed properly in clips but I regress). It's been 3 days since my purchase and I haven't received a single email from Magix confirming the purchase or sending the serial numbers to the software.

Their website (like a lot of people) is not really designed to help customers. I've tried to figure out how to report this problem but it certainly isn't intuitive. I'm hoping that someone from Magix will see this post and offer assistance.

Of course. I get to this page and click on New Request expecting an option to open. But nothing happens on new request. The other options they offer are not relevant to my problem.

Seems that link is not consistent. I often get a few options more, one of which is relevant. Other times it gets me straight to "Please describe your problem" form.
