I had Movie studio 10 Platinum which had the new blue transitions. I upgraded to Sony 13 platinum which I thought was the same thing. I found out later that I needed to upgrade to Sony platinum suite. which had the new blue effects.

The platinum 10 new blue effects do not work inside Movie studio 13. So my question is this. Is there any way to upgrade to the sony movie studio platinum suite from the platinum 13 version so I can get the new blue effects for 13? my only options for upgrading seems to be buying vegas and I don't need all those features. I don't want to pay full price for another version of platinum suite.
