New picture-in-picture and crop fx

When I try to use the picture-in -picture effect in Vegas Pro 15 all I get is an empty frame. The picture is still full size behind the frame. The frame can be moved around the display and resized , but the picture is not in the frame. The same happens with the new Crop effect. Track motion still works as normal. These new effects worked fine until just a day or two ago. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well it looks like I won't have to. I tried for 2 days to get it to work, and after writing my initial post I tried it again and it works! But thanks for the response. If it stops again I'll try it.
