Which NewBlue FX plugin serial number for which VEGAS Pro version seems to be missing for you?

Hi, it's Vegas Pro 17 and I didn't get any serial numbers for NB with my purchase. NewBlue claim this is Magix fault

Can you please tell us which NewBlue FX plugin that is? Is this mentioned on the product pages?

Hi again, all of them ask for activation when trying to use them. Yes, your pciture resembles what I installed

Did they come with your VEGAS Pro 17 purchase or with some earlier version purchases?

I don't see them mentioned in the VEGAS Pro 17 versions comparison table.

For all bundled packages, Magix will send out both the download links and serial numbers. Magix provides all bundled serial numbers to the purchasers of Vegas.

If you send the e-mail received from Magix showing the purchase with no serial number listed to NewBlue, NewBlue can certainly try to assist but the serial number really should come from Magix.
