From the main FAQ section 9: "You can use [VMS Platinum] (14.0 and later) simultaneously on 2 devices. To deactivate a device so you can activate a different one, go to your MAGIX account > My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate."

As for this regarding NewBlue products bundled, read this comment. If it is not the same with the bundle you mention, I'm sure @jetdv will correct. And it probably remains to be seen if the bundled FX work without watermarks in the next version. (Note: my NewBlue Filters from v.15 work also in v.16.)

The first I know, but the second has been the question. I had some clash with magix as I learned that these boris filters are only valid on one computer and in this way useless for me, so I asked. But good to know, that it is not with NewBlue.

The Movie Studio 14 bundle is limited to 14. I know the bundles with Vegas Pro 15/16 are full retail products that won't expire.
