No device shows to burn dvd

WTF.... I make the dvd architect 'upgrade' and now there's no device showing upon which I can burn a dvd.

Meanwhile, my Device Manager (control panel/System applet) shows the dvd writer, VLC shows a dvd in the player, and clears out when I insert a blank dvd, and win media player plays and writes dvds.

Why, Sony, is my dvd writer not shown as a burn device in DVD Architect?

How, Sony, will I make a dvd using Make DVD when you won't put it into the drop down list of devices?

Why, Sony, was it working yesterday, and now it doesn't, after an "upgrade"?

Appreciate the comeback.

There is some really STUPID added checkbox on DVDARch's Options/Burning

"Use legacy device drivers"

Legacy device drivers? They've been working for years. Why are they now suddenly 'legacy".

Hi Sony, this is stupid, like the NEAR BLACK background.

Don't use 'Vegas color scheme'. In Vegas, see Options > Preferences > Display.
