I'm afraid you are asking this question in the wrong forum! 😇

It's not offered annually.

See this comment dated March last year. Of course things may have changed somewhat since then.

After the last HB licensing fiasco, they may be a bit hesitant.. 😐

@Photo_G

I seem to remember only this. What was that HB fiasco again?

Apologies, this was a Magix thing w/HumbleBundle earlier in the year, but not directly related to VP19:

They made mistakes with the addons but surly they can HB a bare edit version.

@VEGASDerek wrote "While previous specials have resulted in very large responses, the costs to us in licensing fees are enormous. (There is a reason the regular price for VP is so high.)"

So, they offer a bare edit of Vegas with no codec support. Imagine the outcry then. I too love a great deal when they come along, and usually take advantage of them. But I fully understand VEGAS' stance on this. You pay like $25, and that is split up between HB, charity and Vegas. Not much left.....

Hitfilm Pro had a HB, and never again. Magix had to surely pay proDAD for Mercalli V5 Suite for Video Pro X12. I'm sure they might have lost money on the HB deal.

A primary reason for no recent offers lately has to do with a specific license that is used within older versions of VEGAS that has now expired. Usually Humble Bundle offers contain versions of VEGAS Pro that are 2 or 3 old compared to the current version. Currently all sales of those older versions are prohibited due to these licensing changes and we will not be offering the current version of VEGAS Pro on Humble Bundle for obvious reasons. My gut tells me that Magix will offer VEGAS software again on Humble Bundle at some point, but it may be a while (a few years) and even if we offer again in HB, the offer might not look quite the same as it did in previous deals.
