hola soy un usuario nuevo de vegas pro, pero cuando yo compren vegas pro no me enviaron ni un numero de serie ni un codigo de activación solo un numero de ticket y de pedido y me dijeron que lamentablemente no hacian evios a chile entonces que hago yo ya pague y no quiero perder mi dinero o si no seria un robo que puedo hacer

If you purchased from the MAGIX/VEGAS website's Online Shop, email shop@magix.net

If you purchased from a reliable source elsewhere, contact the seller. It's also possible the seller was a scammer. Best then to contact your bank/credit card provider to see if anything can be done to recover the scammed funds.
