bought from MAGIX and got mail from MAGIX

I'm only guessing but obviously Magix get the serial numbers from NewBlue and due to the current world situation with Covid-19 it is possible that at present they are unable to do so.

I cant find the download codes. I purchased can't find codes in gmail. What would the original email be called.

Also, I seem to be missing FX Tiler and ither plugins

I have a reply, so I have the codes, but I seem to be missing plugins, such as |Chroma Key Pro and New Blue FX tiler, - but they have taken these away from Sony Vegas Pro, apologies for my delayed reply

Seems you don't actually have a MS version after all? You joined a discussion on an MS issue. (And you do not have a Sony Vegas Pro.)
