No Vegas 16 after paying for 15 and offer for free upgrade

Ok, what do I do? I never received the promised serial number to 16. The support telephone number is useless - I called 42 times without any answer, just voice saying all operators are busy.

there is no chat. I sent an e-mail to support. No response.

and this is what the e-mail to me when I purchased 15 said:

"How and when do I get my new VEGAS Pro 16?

When the new version 16 is released at the end of August, you will receive an email with your serial number and instructions for downloading. Please keep an eye on your spam folder around this time to make sure you don't miss the email."

Nothing.

Thanks. I have given my info (including order number) via Chat. They gave me a link to Magix support to e-mail them. I then gave the same info there (so that is twice).

I got the message:

"Thank you for sending your request to MAGIX. A confirmation email should have already been sent to you."

However, I did not even get that "confirmation" e-mail message.

I fear that all Magix e-mails since early August are blocked. They are not in my Spam folder. We will see if I get any other e-mail response. I had the same problem getting the serial number of Vegas Pro 16 trial; no response until I created another account with a different e-mail. My current Magix account e-mail is a perfectly legitimate "edu" e-mail that has no problems with any other sending source that I know of.

More: I signed in with another e-mail account (gmail). Sent the same issue to sales support. This time I did receive confirmation that it was received (automated and useless). This is more evidence that my main e-mail address registered to Magix is blocking Magix e-mails - it does not work for receiving the serial number for the trial version of 16 nor for receiving a confirmation from my request to the sales team.

Finally, after sending the issue to sales support I received an e-mail from them with the serial number. Now I can go on to gripe about bugs and features! :)
