Not able to register 2 devices, my subscription says 2 licenses.

I also sent an email to support but maybe someone here can also help:

When I registered to use Vegas Pro (latest version), it mentioned I could use 2 machines.

I have 1 registered and when i registered my laptop it tells me I need to un-register my first machine or upgrade my plan.

when I look at my plan, it tells me 2 licenses are available.

I pay the monthly plan.

How can I register my laptop and be able to use vegas pro from there?

@RalphCarl-magno this is what we think is the case (unless it's recently changed):

"You can use VEGAS Pro (14.0 and later, perpetual licenses) simultaneously on 2 devices.

VEGAS Pro 365 can be used on 1 device at a time.

To deactivate a device, so you can activate a different one, visit your MAGIX account > My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate. This option can be used only once a month.

In VEGAS Pro 14.0 or later, you can also choose Deactivate the Software on this PC from the Help menu This option can be used as often as you wish. An internet connection is required."

Hopefully VEGAS Support can clarify this for you.

Thanks for the insight, support never replied to me but I still have the issue. I have unregistered my PC from my account and when I use the same activation code to register my laptop, it tells me it's already registered and won't let me proceed and gives an error -45 I think.

I have no idea wht to do, I have a watermark on my video because I thought I could use the trial but I can't make a video with a watermark.

It shouldn't be this complicated.

A -45 error would indicate a botched install.
