I'm trying to burn a Blu-Ray disc in DVDA 7 and I'm on the last step, but DVDA does not appear to recognize my disc. Keep getting message to insert a writeable disc. Under disc status, is says BD-ROM, but I'm using Sony BD-R, recordable.
Any ideas? Is there a certain brand I should be using?

IDK, it might be the disc. On my Vegas 14 system with BR player, it recognizes and burns. On disc status, on V14, is shows correctly as BD-R. But on V15, it shows as BD-ROM under Disc Status on the final render screen. I think it might be the disc brand because when I just try to burn outside of DVDA and just drag the file to the drive to burn, it gives the same type of message. I'll try a different brand of disc and see if that makes a difference. But it is strange that it burns on my other system. .
