Hello everyone. I am truly a newcomer to making and editing videos--my fourth week. Yesterday when I opened the Movie Studio Platinum 16, the screen doesn't look right. I have a bunch of small gray boxes, on a black background that will not move /sometimes the background is orange. I see an "add media" box but when I try to cancel the box nothing happens. I no longer see a time line, text, PIP, audio or video timeline on the screen. I'm currently running Windows 10. Can anyone help me get back to the original screen, PLEASE?
