ntdll.dll error & Error code -14

I bought a Vegas Pro 18 online last September 7th. An ntdll.dll error occurred while rendering the video. I downloaded the program anew and installed it. This time, error code -14 appears. How can I solve this problem? FYI, I've disabled all existing installations.

By starting to install the latest build of VP18 build 527

The standard Support advice re error code -14.

I solved it by downloading the program from where I bought the software. Thank you so much.

my error occurs when it asks for the serial number telling me that it is invalid or entered incorrectly which is not the case and the number can't be invalid as the music maker part downloaded and install properly. I have started a ticket with tech support
