Google translate: "It simply doesn't recognize the mp4 file, which has delayed a demand here and forced me to look for a solution with another editor. In other words, the file is not recognized, there is no error message, nothing, it simply doesn't run..."

For anybody on the forum to make informed suggestions, you will need to provide detailed information about your circumstances including:

  • The Vegas Pro version and build number being used
  • Your computer specifications
  • A detailed MediaInfo report of the mp4 media being used
  • The source of the mp4 media (e.g. camera or phone type)

Please see https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/important-information-required-to-help-you--110457/ and provide the information requested under points B and C. Point C1 provides a link to the free MediaInfo app that will need to be installed in order for the report to be created.

Please also provide an English translation of your reply so that others on the forum don't have to do that for you.

ShutterEncoder can do conversions of files VEGAS Pro doesn't support. https://www.shutterencoder.com/

I accepted the Vegas update and the images of a project disappeared. Vegas is only recognizing the audio. Everything was normal and after the update not even a video file is recognized. In the time line only the audio works. Can anyone help me please? ?

What does "images of a project" mean? Can you share a screenshot? Is this for any videos or even photos?

What version of VEGAS are you using now? 22.194?

You can try a reset of VEGAS https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

Hi! Thanks for replying. I installed K Little and now the videos don't even go to the timeline. It happens with all video and photo formats too. I use version 22.0 (194). I think I'll go back to Adobe.

I would uninstall K-lite and reinstall VEGAS.
