Hello there. I am Adam Mace and I have been looking all over the internet for a customer service phone number and unfortunately i haven't found any luck.

I'm posting this because I lost my serial number and information to my Sony Vegas Pro account had to make a new account because I lost account access to my older emails >deleted<.com and quite a few other important emails. In all honesty I was hacked I do believe.

Just out of curiosity, what in the world can i do pr what number can i contact for getting account access without having to login to my old email address? I know before someone got my information and changed emails through security questions but, I don't remember my passwords. I've already paid for the original product in 2011 and I paid for Vegas Pro then again in 2023.

If someone would please help me I would greatly appreciate it so much. Thanks for your time and understanding. Have a great day!

Sincerely,

Adam Mace

Please be aware that you've posted personal information (your email address even though it is an old email address) on a public user-to-user forum, this not being a private communication with Vegas Support. I would think that a forum moderator will soon remove your email address to protect your privacy.

What you could do is to contact MAGIX about your unfortunate predicament at infoservice@magix.net and provide as much information about your purchases such as dates of purchase, order numbers, serial numbers, your old email addresses and the new email address as well as any other relevant information.

I don't believe that phone contact is available any more as is the case with so many companies around the world.
