I wanted to know if I paid for Vegas Pro 365 by the month and decided to buy Video Vegas Pro 18 anytime after that could my payments be deducted from the purchase price? Like rent to buy?

As far as I know, there is no "rent to buy" kind of option.

I just downloaded the trail version. So it doesn't come with all the effects plug-ins like rain etc...?
