pics 5 seconds time reduce to 1

whenever i drop pictures in timeline its default time limit is 5 seconds ,i want 1 second ,its really difficult when you dealing with 100 files manually ,can anyone has solution ,hope you get my question

There's the option in Preferences > Editing to set "New still image length". (Recently mentioned here.) Apply and OK. If the pictures are loaded on the timeline, read this. (Change right to left when you apply the advice given there)
