Please HELP!

I've been trying to get help from Magix support [...]. The issue is that I can't extend the gray part of the window (With all the functions inside the yellow box) to get all the options for the credits function, and now the displacement map feature. Can someone please help me by fixing this????

You probably would need to set your Windows system text size to 100 %.

With me no issue.

Maybe a problem with your OS or Windows Screensettings?
What are they and your Vegas version?

I don't know what would be the issue with the OS that causes this, but my version of vegas is Version: 10.00.14393 .

Ok, I changed the text size to 100, but it still gives me the same issue.

F.i. as Marco suggested your screensize/settings. Are they customized?

It looks like the split screen function is on. Click the split screen icon on top of the Preview Window and see if that changes things.

Disable scaling on high dpi displays on the vegas.exe file.

What is your monitor resolution and what has changed since it was working?

It's 1080p, and yes it has changed. B.T.W. I have tried to disable scaling on hid dpi displays on the vegas pro file, but the preview screen is gone, and it didn't fix the issue.

I had to disable the display and reinstall the driver due to the screen refreshing, but before then, i had the same issue in vegas.

I've never seen a Vegas Pro version like this before. Where did you find that number?

So does your failure to give us a conventional Vegas Pro version number, or explain where you got the number 10.00.14393.

Did the steps also include ruling out the fix in post #15 in this thread as a possible solution?

Ok, thank you for telling me. Here are some screen shots from the Vegas info screen as well as the start-up of the program, hopefully, this helps.

Also yes, I didn't get the solution of the fixed windows, even after doing step 15.
