From newbluefx.zendesk.com: "One license will activate into all supported host software on a machine. Therefore, one purchase works for multiple hosts. The only exception to this is OEM bundled products." Your NB FX were probably bundled with a version of Video deluxe, which is another product from Magix.
You may need to uninstall those NewBlue FX (at least first) to get VMS Platinum to work. But maybe try to contact NewBlueFX support first? https://newbluefx.com/support
what is openFX?
I uninstalled the plugins and reinstalled, that's how I determined that these plugins are the problem, as soon as I install them, I can not open Movie Studio anymore
I contacted NewBlue, but normally it's up to magix to solve this problem
Do you still have Video deluxe installed (and those FX there)? Btw, I had those NBFX bundles installed with no problems in Platinum for awhile, but uninstalled them due to other bundles which had those FX as well.
Most (not always all) OpenFX (OFX) are plugins which should work with most (not always all) programs like VMSP. For example I have NewBlue OFX plugins which work with Vegas Pro, Vegas Movie Studio Platinum, and DaVinci Resolve. But if the plugin effects you list came with your Deluxe Video, as @vkmast points out, they may only work with that programs, because perhaps they were a marketing/promotion to be included with that program and not designed to work with others. If that is the case, I wouldn't expect neither NewBlue or Magix to be of any assistance to get them to work, simply because they were not designed to.
What seems to me to throw a wrench in that statement is the fact that @vkmast states he at one time had them working!! It could also be the sequence on installation, meaning that one needs to be installed first before the other (install NewBlue, then VMSP, or install VMSP, then NewBlue) but I think you may have covered that issue already.
@Eagle Six as quoted above re NBFX purchases, "one purchase works for multiple hosts. The only exception to this is OEM bundled products." I did not try to install on multiple hosts.
BTW I have NewBlue Color Fixer Pro 3, NewBlue Filters 5 Ultimate, NewBlue Video Essentials VI for Windows installed. They all show and available in Resolve, but only the NewBlue Video Essentials VI for Windows shows available in Vegas Pro and Movie Studio. I assume I got all of them from a Sony or Magix purchase (probably Sony VP or MS), because I have never purchased anything direct from NewBlue. I would think the other two would show up in Vegas, but not so, maybe it is my fault!

It's exactly that all my NewBlue
I have had with Deluxe Video and now with MSP 16 sometimes NewBlue works with several different software, some not there is therefore incompatibility between them.
the problem is not there but to not be able to open MSP 16 because of external NewBlue

I did this but no result I must find a scheme so that
I can open MSP 16 because it is out of the question that I remove these effects NewBlue that is problem!
thank you for your answer indeed it works like that but
I have to do it every time to open it otherwise the same bug will occur I will see which effect exists in several different versions, I have work in perspective
All reinstalling NewBlue except Supreme Package offered with Movie Studio 16 Platinum, it is him that poses problem because there is the same effects as of old effect obtained with Video deluxe, thus crashing and as I want to keep the old ones of Video deluxe. ..
Thank you for your answers and thank you to vkmast for the links provided that really helped me
