Popup Upgrade window

When I boot my PC I get an annoying upgrade popup. It doesn't go way. No amount of harassing will cause me to upgrade. You need to tell how to get rid of this popup. If not, I will NOT buy another one of your products!

A forum Search for pop-up using Find... returns this thread at the top of the list.

Btw., this is a user forum, so your ultimatum may not necessarily be noticed by Messrs Magix themselves.

Thanks for your help. The solution through your thread seems to work. I did try a search but for whatever reason I did not get this thread.
