Pro crashing on startup

I trying to open Vegas Pro and it's crashing with the below error. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips and uninstalled and reinstalled, but no improvement. This has been since I uploaded the latest upgrade yesterday. Have logged something with the support team, but wondering if anyone has any ideas. Am running on the windows 10 desktop. Thanks
