Problem with VEGAS HUB

I have a recently purchased version of "VEGAS Pro Post" when I log in to Vegas Hub, within the Vegas program, it does it normally, but when I try to download a video it tells me: "You do not have a valid subscription. A valid subscription is required to download and use the file content"
I'm using my account with which I purchased VEGAS Pro Post, I don't think I'm doing anything wrong.
Can someone help me with this?

In which version and buildnumber of Vegas Pro do you see this?

I am not seeing such at my Vegas Pro 21 build 187.
This is how it should go with a valid subscription and how it goes with me on laptop

@Jesus-casabon do you have a "valid subscription", that is, the VEGAS 21 Pro Post 365 license?

Just yesterday I bought the "VEGAS Pro Post 21" version with a perpetual license, but it supposedly included a 2-year subscription... That's what I understood when I bought it.

@Jesus-casabon there seems to be a misunderstanding here. Try emailing infoservice@magix.net and explain your wish to change your recently purchased perpetual VEGAS 21 Pro Post license to the Pro Post 365 subscription (or to the SmartScription) license.

Our record are show you did not purchase the "SmartScription" option. Please contact the sales team, as vkmast suggested, to switch to the SmartScription license.
