These company's make it very difficult to activate and register these products.
Why do the people who buy these programs not get help from the company's that sell them?????????

Support process for MAGIX products starts from Support New at their forum page similarly as well.
In your Amazon account go to digital items and you should have links to download your purchased product and it lists the serial code there as well. Check there first, if not there I would reach out to the seller. Unless you purchased from a questionable seller, you should be alright.
