Purchased Vegas Movie Studio 14 Platinum with 15 upgrade

Been trying to contact Customer Support for a least of week now to no avail. I purchased a copy of Vegas Movie Studio 14 Platinum on Jan 29, 2018 which had a free upgrade to Studio 15 Platinum when it was released. The order came with a serial number for Studio 14 but not for Studio 15. Two questions:

(1) If I download Studio 15 Platinum from the software provided in this post and attempt to install it, will it overwrite Studio 14 or install it separately?

(2) Also, will I be able to use the serial number for Studio 14 to activate Studio 15?

1) MS 14 Platinum and MS 15 Platinum are separate installations. You can have both installed simultaneously.

2) You should have received the serial numbers for both 14 and 15, for 15 in a later email. Submit a support request with detailed info about your issue. https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/vegas/form or https://support2.magix.com/customer/index.php
