Re-activating on new computer

Movie Studio Platinum version 12 on Windows 10 version 1809

When attempting to re-activate software, it keeps coming back to the window to enter the software serial number.

When I try to get activation code for new computer, on support web site, I need ComputerID, but I do not know where to get this number and there is no help from the web page on how to look it up.

Maybe best to try contacting Support.

I'm sure with my Win 10 pc my activations have taken my Device Name from Settings/System/About. This appears to be my ComputerID.

Note also that regarding Sony/SCS versions, "after an unspecified number of installations on different or updated PCs you may need to contact support to reset your "installation count".
