From this FAQ post, item 9:

"To deactivate a device, so you can activate a different one, visit your MAGIX account > My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate. This option can be used only once a month."

Im actually trying to do this but i only see the option to register, i bought a laptop, and have vegas 15 pro edit, but now i cant activate it

i've been at this for a MONTHS! trying to do this trying to find a customer service number, and NOTHING not a single department that sony has or magix or w.e

to help me solve this mystery.



i went to the account page like you said @vkmast but i dont find that option!

please if u can help me! this would mean so much to me! <3 please! i love video editing it has been my hobby since i was a kid, and i want to get back to it, and i bought a long time a go a humble bundle offer , and redeemed my sony vegas but i cant use it any more due to this issue , and im about to give up , im going in loops and ending up in the same page , and all i can do is register V_V

@Juan-Medina Do you have a serial number for your Vegas Pro 15 and did you have it working on another pc prior to your laptop?

@Juan-Medina  ... ... when you go to the Vegas Pro 15 listing under My Products in your MAGIX My Account, you need to click on Show more details" in order to open up the existing activations.

Each of the two activations have a "Deactivate" option:
