Refund For Vegas Pro 20

Hi I recently bought Vegas Pro 20 on accident and would like a refund (I Bought the New License Version) I've email customer support and was wondering if there was an email or any extra steps i need to take Thanks. I've also received a ticket from some German email idk what that means

"To enact your right of withdrawal you must contact us at MAGIX...(Email: shop@magix.net) and provide explicit notification (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract."
