You should receive the code in an email. Check your Spam folder.

But registration of VMS is separate to registering on this forum. There is something in the window that opens in the software that you need to click. I forget what it is so post a screenshot here of what appears so we can advise you..

Thank you , have checked spam folders and nothing unfortunately.

Have already been through the steps on that link without any luck, the yellow Register now button does not work for starters, www.magix.com does nothing. I cant even ring up the helpline due to them being closed due to COVID-19

All I want is a code :(

Please see below ... the yellow buttons dont do anything. I manually went to the Magix page and logged in (so already have an account) but all they do is ask for a serial number which i dont have as I downloaded it from the site. Also note the Magix site is not displaying properly.

The Magix site page of your account is possibly correct as the other items aren't showing as nothing is registered. It's puzzling though. My only suggestion is uninstall then reinstall to see if you can get an active register button. I've activated software today so the Magix servers are working.

Edit: I've just realised you should have a Log Off item on your account page so yes it's not displaying properly.

I have painstakingly looked through all the downloads - this is my third night trying to get this programme to work.

if i cant get the trial to work is there much hope for the full version???

Yes, I had already reinstalled the programme twice, that site on the post does not function properly btw.

3 nights in a row, I am getting fed up and may go to davinci resolve as i need to get on with this project

Maybe there is a problem with the email with trial activation number that should have send to you by Magix, because to cheque this I ordered one hour ago a trial of another product of Magix and I'm still waiting at the send email.
The tial oftware I see on my account but it is yet not registered because I could not do it because I'm still waiting.

At 9.40 PM I got the email with the trial number in my mailbox. I had to wait much longer than normal but I have it now.

Bear in mind that the world isn't working normally at present. Some countries are in lockdown with only essential businesses and services running.
