Registration e-mail error (code -24)

Two days ago (5/23) I bought a copy of Vegas Pro 17 off of amazon and downloaded it to my PC. The install went fine and everything seemed to be normal, until today when I went to begin my first project.

I was given error code -24 saying that my serial number had already been activated by a different email, and it won't let me do anything in the program. However, after a bit of research, the other email is another one of my own email addresses. I have used it for other versions of Vegas in the past, and it is the same email that I use for the amazon account that I bought the product through. But it is NOT the email that I registered this particular product to, and it is not the email that I use here for my MAGIX account.

I went into my account settings through MAGIX to change my email, but it won't let me because it says that the email already exists. So now I have a brand new copy of Vegas Pro that is apparently registered to two people, both of whom are me, and I can't use it.

Please send help!

I bought my Vegas Pro 3 weeks ago then I register my product but I still not in use until now, so today I try to do some video on my Vegas Pro 17 but don't let me use the software, because it's say the serial is already been register to another Email, so I can not use my Vegas to edit my movie, is any one help me with this issue?
