I re-installed Vegas Movie Studio 9 in my new PC. However when opened, the time line appear in the lower part of the screen. I always used the time line in the top section of the screen so that make me feel uncomfortable. Can some one please tell me how can I relocate the time line in the top of the screen so the window docking area appear in the lower half of the screen? I checked all the tabs and settings, as well as FAQs and online forums and not a word about that.
