Chab,
assuming you expanded the Render As window and used the scrollbar(s) and still don't find those templates, there's this thread (probably outdated now, but still. At least, read the last post).

Chaborel,

I do a lot of quick-dirty render .wmv tests so use Render As a lot. Due to this, the best and fastest way for me was to create a keyboard shortcut for File/Render As. In my case I use Ctrl and the "-" on the numeric keypad.

To do this go to Options/Customize Keyboard and do a search with "Render" -- but make sure you create your Render As under the "Global" category. If you get a Render As under "Explorer" or some other category too (which may or may not be blank), then make sure it matches what you've created in Global. If it's blank, duplicate your Global one in it. Or if the Global alone works, leave as is.

Note that I have V10e, not V11 and there have been some threads and complaints about how the Render As menu has changed/been harder to find or access in V11. But my guess is that the keyboard shortcut creation must be similar or identical.

This shortcut saves me a lot of time :D

Although there was a reference to it in the posts above, in Vegas 11 "Render As" lists, you need to double click on the primary lines to get all the options.....e.g., double click on the Main Concept line to get about 20 different resolution options, etc.

This was confusing at first for me as well.
