Had the same problem, but that Unmanaged Exception remained even after uninstalling all New Blue filters, ended up reinstalling Win 10, 3 times as it happened, it took that long to realize that New Blue was the main cause of the error.

My New Blue FX filters are working ok

My issue was caused by my owned New Blue Essentials Packages 1-6 and even though I downloaded the complete set again from New Blue using the Movie Studio link, after installation, as soon as the program opened, the Unmanaged Exception error appeared.

Have reinstalled and program is now working correctly, am currently working with New Blue to resolve the issue, it's worth noting that Magix Movie Edit Pro also suffers the same issue, on some filters.

So waiting for further responses from New Blue, but have no intention of installing any New Blue filters

Thanks for your response. I really like the New Blue product and hope it will be possible to solve the problem. Do I understand you're not using the software right now? Or, did you find a solution? I've started reinstalling the software when it crashes. Normally, I'll get a complete render one out of three attempts. I've also discovered there are certain transitions that are a guaranteed crash.

vkmast, thanks for that worthwhile link, however for me personally, that's not my issue, I had a complete reinstall of Win 10, complete factory reset.

romero85008,

At the moment I have only installed the program and included filters, as I don't appear to have an issue with the included New Blue filters, have no intention of installing my owned packages until the issue has been resolved with New Blue, have been having continuous dialog with New Blue for the past week
