Hello, I am new!
I created a timeline event of text and light flare effect. Its like my intro title to all my movies. But I cant seem to copy and paste it between projects, which would be useful. I dont want to keep having to recreate it of course. The Manual offers the description of how to CTRL A to copy all timeline events and paste in another open project but you can open the application twice to do this and doesnt work just by changing projects and trying to paste. Any solution guys?
I also see some blurring on panning scenes (1920x1080 lcd monitor 60hz). Im using a Nikon D750 DSLR (mpg4 H264 / 50fps / 24mbs bitrrate settings). Read that panning too quick can cause "judder" but the scene really seems to be almost artifacting like a jpg image? I wondered if it was a compression problem not processing the video quickly but not sure (using GTX980 gpu). It certainly is nothing like the sharp video I have seen online of the D750 but i suppose they are in the hands of experts with gimbal etc but they seem to pan quickly. Most this judder is on focus set to infinity, so the judder is lost when back to a fixed shoot
I have also been reading about camera settings and have been told to set shutter speed at 50/s but probably on 50i pal double rate settings this should be 100/s? Again if I want that certain look to my video I should set a 25fps? Im in UK so using PAL so could someone recommend camera settings and output settings in MVP. I just want to record to Dvd in widescreen or save in hd resolution on laptop.
Also read to use flat picture style, which I did but colour correcting isnt easy in MVP13 because of a lack of reference, like levels indictaors hitograms or scopes. Pretty hard to do by visual alone on multi clips!
Coming from stills photography, controlling the light on moving pictures is even harder. So difficult getting an even exposure in changing conditions. I suppose I could experiment with highlight metering and auto ISO on variable conditions.
