I tried that many times. Don't tech support have phones? I here they don't cost much. I'm sure other people have had the same problems. But all the reply's are Generic at best. I was going to upgrade. But if I cant get good tech support. I will go some where else. So sad.

I guess you could try online LIve Chat which is on right now. https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/ > Customer service (lower right corner pop-up). Maybe they can advice you further.

Thank you for your help. They took care of me. It was my Fault. I had too many numbers in my user name. It would not have been fixed without your help.
