Serial number

In 2018 I bought a sony vegas 14 - on the disc. The installation CD includes sony vegas and dvd architect. I installed a sony vegas and entered serial number but I cannot start dvd architect. The installation file requires me to have a serial number again. I only have one serial number. what should I do?

If you bought the VEGAS Pro 14 Edit version, the license for DVD Architect was most likely not included in the deal. If you bought a different version (not "Edit"), "the serial number for your product is supposed to be located on the insert included in the box. The insert would be found between the cardboard and the back side of the outer box."

(Please note that it was not "a sony vegas".)
