Software Not Responding

I just upgraded from Vegas Movie Studio 13 to 17 and every time I start a project my program goes to "Not Responding" mode and never comes out of it. I have no idea what could be causing this as every other program on my computer is working fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling....

I am having the same issue. I just updated Movie Studio 17 Platinum.... it will Randomly go unresponsive. I have to Force Close the program, and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled. No rhyme or reason of when it goes unresponsive... very frustrating... and there is no customer service line to call, or even an email address to send a help request.

Someone please help.

Have you tried to click "SUPPORT New" on the bar above the original post? A user-created tutorial here.
